Serve as Toastmaster during a meeting
At each meeting, a member serves as Toastmaster of the evening: their duty is to act as the host and conduct the whole program for the evening. As toastmaster, you announce the evening’s program, introduce each speaker, lead the applause, call on the evaluators, invite comments from members and guests, announce the winner of the “Best Speaker” award, and more.
